You can order on our website or by messaging us on our social media channels. Your order is placed once you receive an order ID. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, the details are incorrect, or the order looks fraudulent.

Prices
Prices are in Nepali rupees. The total you confirm includes any discount, the delivery fee and, for cash on delivery, a cash on delivery fee. Promo codes must be valid when you order.
Payment
You can pay using the options shown at checkout, such as cash on delivery or online payment. Cash on delivery is not available for preorders or some delivery areas. For online payments, share your transaction code (and a payment screenshot, if you have one). We verify each payment before marking it complete.
Delivery
We deliver across Nepal ourselves or through our delivery partners. Delivery times are estimates. Larger orders may get free delivery, shown at checkout. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct so the rider can reach you. Preorder items are delivered once they are ready.
Chat assistant
Messages on our social channels may be answered by our AI assistant. Prices and order details always come from our system, but the assistant can make mistakes, so please check your order summary. You can ask to talk to our team at any time.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
